I am in love with the image of all the old canceled stamps from around the world, and that was the inspiration for this bold and bright wedding board. I see no problem in mixing red with fuchsia with pale pink, especially when set against a clean white backdrop. It’s a palette that could work in winter or spring, and done the right way it could even work in summer. Even though red is pretty dramatic, and the title of this board comes from a quote about red roses – that they are for “love triumphant” – I don’t think that it takes itself too seriously here, and that’s when I love it most.

Mood: romantic, bold
Palette: red, fuchsia, pale pink, white

Red is my favorite color though somehow it is not our wedding color… I’m now tempted to changed everything!! Is 3 months enough time to make the switch!? :)

Love the stamps and the burst of color the red gives the pink hues.
