Calder Clark is one of our wonderful Select vendors, and she sent over this delightful bridal brunch which is full of sweet details and thoughtful design – plenty of inspiration for any party, big or small! Photos by Tec Petaja.
From Calder: “It was a gorgeous crisp Fall day in the high country when 15 ladies gathered to toast Sarah Hess’s approaching marriage to Dave Mackenzie. The rooftop terrace at the Old Edwards Inn was the perfect little nook for an intimate group to sit fireside and sip bubbly.”
“Sarah loves cobalt blue and since we hadn’t utilized that palette in her wedding designs, we thought it only fitting to use it as an anchoring color here – especially with the royal blue chiavari chairs!
“All good Southern affairs need a monogram or two, and we made sure to personalize her bridesmaids’ gifts to a tee: each bag had a cobalt monogram on a blue and green patterned tote, and inside was tucked a sweet note from Sarah and a monogrammed pompom throw that doubled as comfort at the luncheon if it got chilly.”
The signature drink was a Pom Fizz: champagne and pomegranate juice with fresh pomegranate seeds.
