It’s such a treat to see something that’s been inspired by one of my inspiration boards! The ladies at Azulsahara, were inspired by Board #476: China Cabinet to create Viena, a modern spin on that classic, preppy look. Well-known by European brides, Azulsahara wedding stationery has recently become available in the United States, so if you love it, you can have it!

I just love this look and color combination, and was inspired to round up some gorgeous blue and white china patterns – in case you’re looking for some registry inspiration…

Confession: paper goods are what made me really fall in love with weddings. If we’re talking pretty details, printed items are probably my favorite of all, with a special place in my heart for letterpress. One of my favorite suites ever (the Zoe suite) was designed by Victoria at Milkfed Press, and has been included in several of my inspiration boards. You may have seen Victoria’s work in Martha Stewart Weddings, but if not, let me introduce you to a few designs from Milkfed’s brand new collection of wedding stationery, “Newly Betrothed.” (See below for how to win $500 toward the Milkfed design of your choice!)

Louis (this one is my favorite!)

Aren’t they charming?! And I promise you, they’re even more delightful when you get to hold them in your hand and feel the the texture of the paper and the letterpress. And one lucky Snippet & Ink reader will win $500 toward the Milkfed Press suite of your choice!

To enter, all you need to do is head over to Milkfed Press and check out all of the Newly Betrothed designs, then come back here and leave a comment letting us know which suite is your favorite. You have until 5:00PM PST on Thursday 2/23 to leave your comment, and I’ll announce the randomly selected winner on Friday 2/24.

Update! This contest is now closed to new entries!

To be completely honest with you, I rarely pay much attention to the latest runway designs. That said, there are a few designers who take my breath away with every collection, and Elie Saabis one of them. When Roséline posted some of the gowns from the Spring 2012 Haute Couture collection, I instantly imagined how they might translate into bridal wear, and couldn’t keep from sharing them with you…

Don’t you just love those shapes and sherbet colors? Wearing one of these gowns would be like wearing spring itself!

See more from Elie Saab’s Spring 2012 collection over on This is Glamorous, plus a jaw-droppingly gorgeous behind-the-scenes look at the runway show.
