Maybe I’m a little biased (since I’m a blogger!), but I think the web was probably my biggest wedding planning tool – I just wish Appy Couple had been around back then! Instead of just setting up a wedding website, Appy Couple let’s you create your own totally stylish wedding app, too, making it super easy to coordinate your entire wedding!

Appy Couple has hundreds of designs to choose from (which, by the way, you can change as many times as you want!), and they are constantly adding new designs and collections. And if you still don’t see your perfect design, they’ll work with you to make something completely custom. It was tough to choose just a few, but these are four of my favorites:

Once you’ve picked which design you want to use, you’re ready to build your very own wedding app. The best part? There are absolutely no technical skills required: Appy Couple makes you look good! The drag and drop interface makes it easy peasy to set things up, and when you build your app, a wedding website gets created automatically so you don’t have to worry about leaving anyone out who doesn’t have a smart phone.

One of my favorite features is how easy it is to customize privacy settings and only share things with certain people. Uncle Al invited to the wedding but not the rehearsal dinner? He won’t be able to see that event when he goes to the app or site, but those who are invited will. Appy Couple lets you share your love story and fun pics of the bridal party, but unlike other wedding websites, it’s social and allows guests to interact and get to know each other before the big day.

Ready for the really good part? Appy Couple is giving away a free account to five lucky Snippet & Ink readers! Just visit the Appy Couple site, browse the features and styles, then leave a comment on this post sharing what you’re most excited about the app as well as your favorite design. And if you don’t win, fret not: Appy Couple is offering a special 20% discount to all Snippet & Ink readers. Just enter the promo code APPY4SI at checkout.

Contest begins Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at 10:30AM PDT, and ends Friday, September 27, 2013 at 11:59PM PDT. Winners will be selected by Snippet & Ink, and notified by email. Please note: winners must live in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec).

If you ask anyone who attended my wedding what their favorite part of the reception was, I guarantee that most of them will mention the photo booth. It was jam packed with people the entire night, and not only did everyone leave with fun photos, but Ryan and I ended up with a super fun and unique guest book filled with the duplicates. Magnolia Photo Booth added so much to our wedding, and though it was nearly three years ago now, I still pull out our coffee table book and smile at our hilarious friends and family.

You can do pics in black and white, or in color. You can go with plain print-outs, or have Magnolia‘s design team create a custom wedding logo for you (so no one ever forgets when and where they took that awesome photo!). The booths themselves even come in different colors, so you can choose the one that best coordinates with your event. I also love that they’re the perfect blend of retro and modern, with the feel of a retro photo booth and the convenience of a modern one. An unexpected bonus to the way the booth is designed? By having curtains on the sides instead of solid walls, you can pretty much cram as many people as possible into one photo. We have a few clown car shots from my wedding as proof.

MagBooths are located in eight major U.S. cities (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Louisville, Austin, New York, Chicago, and Cleveland), but they’re also happy to travel pretty much anywhere you can think of.

I think the best part of renting a Magnolia Photo Booth is probably the fact that they’re all-inclusive: set-up and take-down, an on-site attendant, unlimited prints, web-hosting where your guests can order prints, and both a disk AND a book of images. Oh, and even an assortment of props!

From my personal experience, I cannot recommend The Magnolia Photo Booth Co. enough. It’s a fun-loving company who will bring some big fun to your wedding!

Without them, there would be no Snippet & Ink! Some of them are longtime sponsors, and others are new, and they’re all wonderful. So I wanted to bring them to your attention, with the hope that you’ll discover a fabulous vendor that was just what you were looking for.
