Out of all the fabulous drinks I’ve tried from Paula LeDuc Fine Catering, the Heat Seeker may just be my favorite. Packed with a subtle punch of Thai chili pepper, this sweet and spicy cocktail will keep you coming back for seconds. Serve it at your next party or cocktail hour (and thank me later!). Recipe below.

Thai Chile-Kaffir Syrup Directions
10 grams of Kaffir lime leaf
7 grams Thai birds beak chili
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Water
Slightly bruise and twist leaves, rough chop/or split chilis. Bring to Boil and strain. Then add:
2 oz. Chardonnay
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Thai Chile-Kaffir Lime Syrup
