Right now I’m loving Victorian-style illustrations, and I thought these bumblebees would make for a fun inspiration board. Something sweet and light, with shades of cream and golden honey, maybe even some black accents. I’ve imagined an intimate wedding at a Victorian bed and breakfast, with fruit and cheese, garden roses, and maybe Weck jars filled with your favorite local honey for guests to take home (if it’s small enough, travelers will be able to take it on the plane ride home). Little bumblebee charms are a sweet gift for flower girls.

Mood: sweet and light
Palette: honey gold, buttery cream, black

Love this! Not gonna lie, I was a wee bit disappointed that we couldn’t have a spring/summer wedding, because a bumblebee motif would’ve been IT for me! Didn’t work for our late fall wedding, but I still love this look :)
