Mood: luxe autumn harvest
Palette: plum, aubergine, burnished gold, cream
One of the things I love most about imagining fall weddings is the rich color palette – ochre, aubergine, burnt sienna, burnished gold. I’ve been collecting images for a deep plum and rich gold inspiration board for awhile, and finally came up with something that I love – something that I think could work equally well for an elegant wedding or a more rustic event. Or even for Thanksgiving dinner! Bowls of fruit and fall leaves are appropriate decorative elements for an autumn wedding.

I agree – it totally can work for an elegant reception, a rustic wedding, and even Thanksgiving! Each one would be a great event because of how richly gorgeous this palette is!
