For our last real wedding of the year, we can think of no better way to celebrate than with Genny and Barr’s gorgeous New Orleans wedding: a mint gown for the bride, tons of glowing candlelight, silver and gold accents, and romantic white flowers everywhere.

From planner, Elyse Jennings:
Genny and Barr’s classic wedding really highlights everything that New Orleans weddings are known for! Genny wore a mint colored Monique Lhuillier gown. They were married in the golden glamour of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and celebrated at their seated dinner reception at the iconic Waldorf Astoria Roosevelt Hotel in the French Quarter. The reception featured all white florals with gold accents, lots of flickering candlelights, lounges for comfortable seating, and a sugar flower cake positioned in front of a full wall of white flowers that was flanked by candles. Their guests enjoyed sliders and fries for their late night snack, while we served New Orleans style snowballs as a sweet treat. The reception ended with a traditional second line out to their horse and carriage!
