Who doesn’t love a little bling on a Monday? Especially when it’s as sweet as the Sally Stardust ring from Betsey Sook (that’s Sally in the middle there):

Aren’t these rings beautiful?! Based in Copenhagen, Betsey Sook creates ethical engagement rings in super feminine designs at affordable prices. Says Betsey, “The style is all about quiet luxury…making women feel pretty, glamorous and effortless all at the same time.”

Valued at $785, Sally is available in a variety of sizes from 5¾ to 7. And one lucky Snippet & Ink reader gets to win a Sally ring! Made of white quartz, she’s light and sparkly, like a little drop of water set in 14k gold. Lovely!

To enter, visit the Betsey Sook website, then come back and leave a comment on this post that includes the following: 1) your favorite piece of Betsey Sook jewelry and 2) one word that you feel best describes Betsey Sook’s designs (get creative!). And of course make sure to leave your email in the comment form so we can get in touch if you’re the winner!

Contest begins Monday, November 5, 2012 at 5:30AM PST, and ends Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 11:59PM PST. The winner will be selected by Snippet & Ink, and notified by email. Please note: winner must live in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec).

My most favorite piece would have to be the Josie. I truly value jewelry I can wear everyday, and this ring would stack and blend beautifully with my grandmothers wedding band, and my mothers anniversary band I do not go a day without. As simple as it may seem, her pieces are lovely in the truest definition, perhaps the most classic term for beauty.

    Farrah is stunning.

Betsey’s work reminds me of the type of beauty in new love.,. Thus I have chosen the word mamihlapinatapais from the Yaghan language of Tierra del Fuego. It means: a look shared by two people, each hoping that the other will initiate something that both desire but that neither one wants to start.. It is considered the world’s most succinct word. Similarly, Betsey’s art is beautiful in it’s simplicity yet is hard to translate into words.

All the rings have their own special quality. I absolutely love the Josie ring. The best word to describe the Josie ring would be “essential.” It is an essential piece to wear, admire, and to present to someone you adore and cherish!

Oh my word. I love these rings. I don’t have a diamond ring, just a wedding band, by my own choice, because I have never found any that I liked…until these. I think I have a three way tie between the Audrey, the Lucy and the Christina. Ahhh. Because I have never been so moved by diamond jewelry before, my word to describe is one-and-only.

The Sally ring is absolutely my favorite piece, although the Farrah and Audrey rings are a very close second and third. I feel a sense of restraint, reflection, and quiet elegance in all the designs, and after reading all of the posted comments and stories shared here, it’s even more apparent to me that Betsey’s creations are EVOCATIVE.

The Sally ring is probably my favorite though it is very difficult to choose just one! Betsey clearly has the word “feminine” in mind when she designed these delightful beauties! yes, that’s the word that describes these rings best, “feminine.”
