Glass: ICED OLD FASHIONED // Method – shake and strain // Garnish grated nutmeg
2 oz. Port
1 oz. Antilles Syrup*
.75 oz. lime Juice
1 oz. Pomegranate Juice Blend**
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
*almonds, allspice, cloves, cinnamon, brown sugar, water, lime peel, pineapple chunks
**2 parts POM juice to 1 part Orange Juice
