Weekend links are coming up in a bit, but first I have a fun real wedding for you! It’s been awhile since our friend Jonathan Canlas was here on Snippet & Ink, so I’m excited to share these photos he took at the wedding of his lovely assistant, Heather, and her groom Evan. The wedding celebration started with an open house at the home of the groom’s parents. Says Heather, “We wanted our wedding to have our style with a mix of vintage and DIY elements. And most of all we wanted our wedding to be fun!”
How much do you love these streamer garlands? Heather made them by tying strips of patterned fabric to a line.
Holy pies!
The garlands of vintage fabric and lace that decorated the open house were also used at the reception.
