Props can be fun, but all you really need for a darling engagement session is a pretty place and each other. And a good photographer of course!

Photographer Cassidy Carson shared a bit about the shoot: “Lindsay and Ben’s love is radiant. You don’t even have to know them to know how crazy about each other they are. It’s such a wonderful thing to witness and I’m so honored that I was able to capture their engagement session. We took a short drive from Nashville to Hatchland Hills Vineyard in Joelton, Tennessee for the shoot. It was raining for most of it, but they were both so easy going, it didn’t bother them. Right as the shutter clicked on the last frame, the bottom fell out of the sky. It was a perfect session for an amazing couple.”

[…] This set of photos taken by Cassidy Carson shows exactly the type of location I envision. In nature, wading in a stream, and completely void of anybody else looking on. […]

[…] Nature leaves you with tons of options for beautiful and romantic settings.  It all depends on where you live and what you as a couple like to do.  If there is a sweet little creek near you, I’d say go for it.  Otherwise a meadow, the dunes, a forest preserve, canyon… really the list is endless.  If hiking or exploring is your thing, this would be perfect.  Images by Cassidy Carson via Snippet and Ink.
