Estate Sour with Pineapple from Paula LeDuc

Here’s a signature cocktail that will really bring out your artistic side! Try dragging a toothpick through four dots of balsamic reduction on top of the foam to get that beautiful pattern. And have you ever tried using edible flowers? They make the prettiest decoration, and are sure to impress any guests at your cocktail hour!
