Guest Post | Bridesmaid Style from Lox Papers

With every post on Lox Papers, you’re guaranteed a stylish good time (we’d expect nothing less from the co-founder and creative director of Matchbook Magazine)! Today Jane has brought the style to us with her picks for the perfect bridesmaid look.

It seems like only yesterday that my husband and I were planning our wedding in the Adirondacks. Holding our ceremony outdoors, ensconced by pine trees, a lake and the mountains, we knew that mother nature would ensure a gorgeous celebration –  we chose to go with a simple, soft-toned look for the bridal party that would seamlessly compliment the natural decor. At the time, my four bridesmaids lived in four different corners of the country, so I was delighted at the virtual ease of ordering J.Crew’s bridesmaid dresses. If I was planning my wedding today, I would pick this simple yet sophisticated Heidi dress from their latest collection – it would look gorgeous for the entire bridal party, or just the maid-of-honor alike (perhaps with a shorter style in dusty shale for the other maids). I absolutely adore the silk chiffon texture and regal length. Here are my picks for a natural look to best accessorize this dress:
