This week’s signature cocktail feels like pure summer to me—Pimm’s, strawberries and bubbles! Fennel adds some truly unique flavor to the drink, and the fronds make a great detail as a garnish. Serve it up tall with a strawberry on the side, and you’ve got the perfect thing to sip on a summer afternoon.
