Today’s super-easy signature cocktail is an elegant twist on a white wine spritzer. All it takes is Sauvignon Blanc and a splash of elderflower syrup for you to feel like you’re strolling the grounds of a private estate in Napa!

Barefoot in the Garden
– 2 oz. Sauvignon Blanc
– .75 oz. St Germain Elderflower
– .75 oz. Lime Juice
– .5 oz. Spicy Ginger Syrup
– 12 mint leaves
– 4 cucumber wheels

Glass: tall, iced glass // Method: shake and strain // Garnish: mint sprig and cucumber wheel // Muddle cucumber and mint with elderflower liqueur and ginger syrup // Add remaining ingredients and ice // Shake well // Break seal to tins and pour in 1.5 ounce club soda to tin, swirl to mix // Strain over fresh ice into tall glass
