Happy second week of 2017! This week’s signature mocktail is perfect for anyone taking on a Whole 30 or “Sober January” this month. Jasmine tea, ginger syrup and citrus juice come together for a signature drink that is both beautiful and delicious (and makes you feel good, too)!

Glass: iced tea cups // Method: shake and strain // Garnish: mint leaves
-6 mint leaves
-1 oz. jasmine tea
-.25 oz. Ginger Syrup
-.75 oz. Jasmine Tea Syrup
-.5 oz. Orange Juice
-.75 oz. Lime Juice
Shake well with ice, break seal to tins. // Add 1 oz. club soda to large tin, swirl to mix. // Strain // NOTE: Make a large batch, pour into tea pot, and serve your guests from the tea pot.
